Artist Roster

The Spokane Arts artist roster is a searchable tool designed to showcase local creatives and connect them with community members seeking artists and makers. Browse the entire roster to discover a new favorite artist or filter by the type of work you’re seeking. You’ll find samples of their work, a description of what drives them to create and links to check out their website or social media. Use the roster to discover the incredible talent living right here in our community. Please note: the artist roster is a free resource directory to find artists. Any local artist can add their information. The artists on the roster are not endorsed or represented by Spokane Arts.

In order to foster a thriving creative community where artists can make a living doing their work, Spokane Arts believes in the importance of paying artists. Too often, creatives are asked to provide time, labor, materials, or finished work for free. While most of us wouldn’t ask an electrician, CPA or nurse to provide their professional services at no cost — knowing they trained and studied to gain expertise — artists are often asked to donate their services. Many artists and creatives do choose to donate their time to causes they care deeply about, but to make a living, doing work for free should be the exception, not the rule. We humbly ask you to keep this in mind when contacting creatives on the roster, and know that you can always ask an artist to give you a cost estimate or written proposal to review. Questions? Don’t hesitate to ask our staff; we’d be happy to help guide you. Contact mika@spokanearts.org.

Amy Bomberger

Amy is the sole artist at Moonshadow Fluid arts. Her primary medium is fluid art including alcohol ink work and fluid acrylic pieces, but she dabbles in abstract acrylic canvas work as well. She is a member of an Etsy artist collaborative called Fluidify where a group of like-minded artists work together to encourage their artistic adventures while selling art around the world. Amy is constantly trying out new forms of expression and would love to work with anyone who feels a connection to her style. She has pre-made work available as well as availability for one of a kind commissions

I am a lover of text and melody, which is why you’ll most often find me working with singers. A pianist by trade, I recently completed my doctorate in music and hope, one day in a post-COVID world, to teach at the university level. In our current COVID world, I’m enjoying offering virtual piano lessons to people of all ages and abilities. Do you have a child itching to start lessons? Are you a retiree in quarantine, looking to return to something you haven’t done since childhood? I would love to help further you on your musical journey! Send me a message through my website, and I will be in touch.

I LOVE people. I really like photographing unique people and creating interesting artwork. Each person brings something special to the table and I love using that as inspiration. Most of my work revolves around digital photography with select pieces augmented with photo manipulation in some way or another. I’m a bit obsessed with Vintage Inspired Portraits. I’m a Master Photographer and Photographic Craftsman. I help others improve their craft and elevate their skillsets to create some killer artwork.
