The Chase is located prominently in Spokane City Hall. The mission of the gallery is to exhibit works that engage the public, bring people to a new outlook on contemporary issues, feature innovative artwork, and provide space for people of all backgrounds to share their perspective through art. The Chase Gallery is open whenever City Hall is open to the public. Artists or guest curators must live in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Montana. Priority will be placed on residents of the Intermountain NW (Eastern WA, Eastern OR, North ID)
