Opportunity: Fall Fest Artist Fair

As part of this year’s Fall Fest events in downtown Spokane, Spokane Arts will be hosting an Artist Fair at the Pavilion at Riverfront Park on Saturday, October 2 and Sunday, October 3, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Local artists and artisans are invited to apply for an outdoor booth or an indoor table space to display and sell their work. Original art only. Artists in all disciplines are invited to participate, but participants must bring and sell their own original work only. No kits, no dealers, no reselling. If you have questions about if your work is right for the Artist Fair, email Mika@spokanearts.org. Accepted artists will need to pay a $25 booth deposit, but there is no table or booth fee and artists keep 100% of their sales.

Interested artists must submit via SmarterSelect application found here. Deadline to submit is Sunday, September 12, 11:59 p.m.

Artists must apply for one of two options:
An outdoor 10′ x 10′ booth space: located on the west side of the Pavilion building; artists are responsible for providing their own canopy with weights, tables, chairs, and other display materials. Artists with outdoor booth spaces should be prepared for all weather.

An indoor 6′ table space: located inside the Pavilion building; artists are responsible for providing their own table, chair, and other display materials and must limit their artwork and set up to a maximum 6′ x 6′ space. (Although the Pavilion building is well ventilated, and vendors will be spaced throughout the room, artists with indoor table spaces should be prepared to cooperate with mask mandate or other public health requirements that may be required at the time of the event.)

Please include 3-5 images of your work in your application to give the selection committee a clear idea of your work and what you will be selling at the Artist Fair. If you would like to share a booth or table space with another artist, please submit one application with names and information for both applicants. Artist collectives or community groups that would like to have a table or booth for more than two artists should first email Mika@spokanearts.org.
