Opportunity: Madison Street Underpass Mural

It is time for a new mural on the Madison Street BNSF underpass! This underpass serves as an arterial through downtown and we want to create a safe, colorful pathway for residents and visitors.
Spokane Arts is seeking individual artists or an artist team to submit proposals. Artists will receive a stipend of $6,000.
