Opportunity: Fall Edition: 12 Minutes Max Spokane

Aritistic Discipline: Dance

What is 12 Minutes Max Spokane?

12 Minutes Max Spokane is a performance production that seeks to foster experimentation and the development of a choreographic idea or work-in-progress, from the initial stages through to the first public encounter. Artists have access to support and feedback from the facilitators, the opportunity to share the work with their peers in the program, and participate in community dialogues with audiences at public showings.

How it Works:

Choreographers submit an application to reserve their spot at the audition happening Saturday, September 30th. Two curators, Hannah Donk of Vytal Movement Dance and Amar Dhaliwal of Quireo Flamenco select works to be showcased at the 12 Minutes Max Spokane performance in October. Submitted works do not need to be completed at the time of the audition, but do need to be performance-ready by the date of the show, October 19th & 20th. Video submissions are accepted if you are not able to attend the audition in person. We are open to work from a variety of art disciplines from the Inland Northwest community!
