The Spokane Library and Spokane Arts seek to purchase the rights to a design for use by Spokane Public Library to create a “wrap” for two Book Dispenser boxes.

Eligibility: This opportunity is open to designers residing in Washington state in the near Spokane region (Spokane and within 40 miles of Spokane).  Designers from backgrounds that are traditionally underrepresented in public art are strongly encouraged to apply, including Indigenous artists and artists of color.
