Artist Meet Up – Balancing Art/Work/Life
Join us for a series of Artist Meet Up events! Spokane Arts presents a new networking and professional development series taking place in galleries and venues throughout Spokane. These free events will be an opportunity for artists to learn, meet and discuss themes relevant to our arts community.
CSO 26 Plaza Ribbon-Cutting
Join us for a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the new CSO 26 plaza and water tank and honor the artists, Spokane Tribe member Jeff Ferguson and Colville Tribe member Smoker Marchand (with assistance from local artist Rick Davis).
‘Inner Workings’ Opening Reception
Join us at the Chase Gallery for the opening of our Fall show, Inner Workings, featuring art from JJ Harty, Kat Smith, and Jackie Treiber. This event is part of the city-wide Fall Arts Tour.
October Lilac City Lit Crawl
Join Spokane Poet Laureate Mark Anderson and a lively group of writers, readers, and food & drink appreciators for a pub crawl featuring poetry and prose readings. Sunday, October 13, in Browne’s Addition.

Arts Incubator
Spokane Arts’ Arts Incubator program provides support and resources to fledgling nonprofit arts & culture organizations, offering fiscal sponsorship to groups or organizations who don’t yet have their own 501c3 status.
Visual Arts Tours
Spokane Arts’ three city-wide arts tours feature venues large and small simultaneously hosting artwork, curatorial projects, and performances. Our SATURATE initiative that spotlights artists of color especially deepens the conversation on race, identity, and culture in our city and beyond.
TheaterFest
TheaterFest is a one-day showcase of the performing arts, featuring short performances, activities and workshops for kids and adults to play, learn, and try something new.

The Poet Laureate program celebrates Spokane’s vibrant literary community and aims to strengthen the future of literary arts in our city by engaging a broad range of communities.
Lilac City LitCrawls
Lit Crawls are a program of the Spokane Poet Laureate & Spokane Arts! Concentrating on one neighborhood area at a time, we travel from venue-to-venue at these events listening to local writers reading their poetry or prose.
