Opportunity: Wall Street Underpass Murals

It is time for a new mural on the Wall Street BNSF underpass! This underpass serves as an arterial through downtown and we want to create a safe, colorful pathway for residents and visitors.

Spokane Arts is seeking individual artists or artist teams to submit proposals for one of the two Wall Street Underpass mural opportunities in downtown Spokane.
