Obon is a time to honor our ancestors with gratitude, reflection, and joyful remembrance. This annual celebration is filled with delicious handmade Japanese food, traditional crafts, and Bon Odori – the communal dance of remembrance and joy.
Whether you’re remembering a loved one, learning about Buddhist traditions, or simply curious about Japanese culture, everyone is welcome. No dance experience needed – just follow along and feel the rhythm. All proceeds from the festival support our all-volunteer temple.
