Square Top Theatre was founded in 2007. It seek to create ongoing artistic collaborations, to tell good stories well, and to create new and enduring work. The organization strive to expand the medium of live theatre and to explore its boundaries while engaging a wide audience.

Davy Jones started writing at a young age under the mentorship of a well-regarded and established community of writers in Denver, CO. Their work focuses on being born into an immigrant family in America, trans/queer identity, love and dogs.
Kathryn (Kat) Smith
Kathryn Smith is the author of the poetry collection Book of Exodus (Scablands Books, 2017), and several other books. Her collage and mixed media pieces have also been shown in a variety of venues.

Spokane Chinese Association (SCA) is a non-profit organization that connects and unites people of Chinese heritage in the Greater Spokane area with the purpose of fostering stronger community connections and pursuing a more enriched quality of life.
Rooted & Soaring
Artwork on both the north and south ends of the University District Gateway Bridge was installed in May, 2019, by Garco Construction as part of their finishing touches on the overall bridge project. “Rooted and Soaring” are two iconic, polished steel structures.
Liz Rognes
Liz Rognes is a singer/songwriter, composer, and writer based in Spokane, Washington. She writes songs, choral, and chamber music, and she loves combining her loves of poetry and music by setting texts in a variety of genres.
Arts Incubator
Spokane Arts’ Arts Incubator program provides support and resources to fledgling nonprofit arts & culture organizations, offering fiscal sponsorship to groups or organizations who don’t yet have their own 501c3 status.
Visual Arts Tours
Spokane Arts’ three city-wide arts tours feature venues large and small simultaneously hosting artwork, curatorial projects, and performances. Our SATURATE initiative that spotlights artists of color especially deepens the conversation on race, identity, and culture in our city and beyond.
