I’m a digital artist with ADHD who specializes in hand-drawn illustrations, comics, and storyboarding! I occasionally do traditional acrylic paintings as well. I was born and raised in Spokane, my grandfather’s art career was one of the things that inspired me growing up. I’m trying to kickstart my art career as best as I can. Eventually, I’d like to be able to fully support myself with art as my career. In my free time outside of my current job, I am taking care of my Shiba Inu named Nyva! She’s a cutie, and sometimes a troublemaker haha!

Patrick Piper is an engaging singer/songwriter and storyteller who plays an eclectic mix of blues-inspired Americana/Folk, Classic Rock, and Texas Country, from John Prine to Bon Jovi and Guy Clark to Buddy Guy. He plays the ukulele like Taj Mahal and sings like he broke up the Beatles.

Meghan Jones
Originally from Canada Meghan has her BFA in Fibers and Textiles and spent 13+ years as a professional knitting pattern designer for magazines like Vogue Knitting. In 2022 she pivoted her energy to painting and now works primarily with acrylic on canvas. She works concurrently on pieces dealing with spiritual surrealist imagery and portraits of deep sea fish and cephalopods.

Saxtooter is a non-binary, queer musician also known by Meg Vermilion. They blend classical motifs, the sounds of Electronica and the SUCCULENT SAX. Saxtooter is also influenced by ambient, jazz and metal and has been featured on 8 studio albums prior to releasing their first solo, self-produced album SUCCULENT SAX in April 2023. Meg is available to play your wrestling half-time shows, nature walks, sound baths, session recordings, spontaneous symphonies, rad parties and anything else you could imagine! Spokane City Council Approves New Motto, Collaborates with Spokane Arts for Logo Design
The Spokane City Council officially approved a new motto for the city, “In Spokane, We All Belong”
The process of selecting the motto involved collaborating with Spokane Arts to create an icon to pair with the motto. Spokane Arts contracted with local artists and designers, John Mujica and Derek Landers, to develop the icon and brand identity for the motto while incorporating the city’s official flag design.
