Spokane Arts receives small grant from ArtsWA

Thank you to the Washington State Arts Commission, which awarded Spokane Arts a Pandemic Relief grant in the amount of $7,250. The grant was for general operating support, to ensure that Spokane Arts could continue to provide quality arts programming and develop artistic resources in the state of Washington. The funding for the statewide pandemic relief grants originated with the National Endowment of the Arts (NEA) who distributed funding to state art agencies so that they could re-grant those funds directly in their communities. Along with Spokane Arts, dozens of other cultural organizations in the Spokane region and across the state received support so they could keep going despite many obstacles created by the pandemic.
