I am a queer, disabled artist born and raised in Spokane. I’ve been working as an artist for 15 years and have shown countless times in the Spokane area as well as at the (now defunct) Nerdmelt Studios in Los Angeles.
In 2014, one of my pieces was featured in the Spokesman Review for the 14th Terrain (2023) and in 2025 I was lucky enough to participate in the fantastic artist residency program at The Hive through the Spokane Library.
My next venture is to facilitate an art program preparing artists with disabilities for a group exhibition.
The pieces I do are pretty varied – I am most familiar with the scratchboard medium, but I’ve done just as much acrylic on canvas work. The themes and elements I most frequently flirt with are pop culture, bright color palettes, humor, portraiture, femininity and now, heavier personal elements like trauma and evolution. I take commissions as a digital pet portrait artist, as well, creating over 40 images of beloved pets over the years. Recently I’ve taken up fiber art in the form of cross stitch.
