Opportunity: Spokane Campfire Stories

Aritistic Discipline: Words

Spokane Campfire Stories is seeking prose submissions of up to 3,000 words that explore the beauty and mystery of the Inland Northwest through a mix of longstanding and contemporary mythology. Each piece selected will have strong markers of oral storytelling like engaging dialog and captivating descriptions. The selected stories should teach readers something unexpected about the greater Spokane area.

Accepted authors will be paid $25.

This form will remain open until March 1, 2025.

Acceptance/Rejection letters will be sent out by April 1, 2025.
