Round 3 Grantees
The Spokane Arts Grant Awards (SAGA) has funded eight new proposals in its final round of grantmaking in 2024. Grant winners will carry out arts projects and programs that will take place in the Spokane region over the next twelve months. The successful applicants received a total of $54,500 for projects in film, education, ceramics, storytelling, and festival hosting.
A panel of six community members, with experience in various aspects of the arts, review eligible applications. Each selection panel serves for one year and the names of the panelists are made public each December after all funding decisions have been announced. SAGA granted a total of $153,000 to the arts and culture communities in the Spokane region in 2024.

Round 2 Grantees
The Spokane Arts Grant Awards (SAGA) has funded six new proposals in its second round of 2024. Grant winners will carry out arts projects and programs that will take place in the Spokane region over the next twelve months. The six successful applicants received a total of $47,500 for projects in architecture, education, public art, festivals, dance, and performance.

Round 1 Grantees
In its first round of grant making in 2024, the Spokane Arts Grant Awards (SAGA) has funded nine new arts programs and projects selected from 34 eligible applications. Grant winners will carry out their work in the Spokane region over the next twelve months. The nine successful applicants received a total of $51,000 for projects in comedy, fashion, film, writing, education, arts resources and residency, and festival experiences including themes related to the 50 year anniversary of Expo ‘74.
